Hello Ladies & Gentleman, Boys & Girls.
Today the Cavalier Rifle & Pistol Club was the location for close to perfect weather for the 24 cowboy shooters who participated. I hope everyone had as much fun herding free range chickens as I did. Congrats to our Fabulous Five CAD shooters, Butch Montana, Kuba Kid, Range Hazzard, Ripsaw & the Steady Dutchman. For your reward, next month you guys get to take out the trash led by our top shooter Mr. Cody Maverick. Way to go guys. Also, a big thank you to Cholula Mike for teaching us the Wild Bunch RO class. The man has a long drive home. As always, thank you all for your help at today’s match.

Cholula Mike was deputized into the Cavalier Cowboys posse during the match in appreciation for his commitment to Cowboy Action Shooting and advancing the sport. Cholula Mike is a true ambassador of the Single Action Shooting Society and Cowboy Action Shooting.
Hello all you boys and girls out there in Cowboy Land.
The Cavalier crew are up to several things this coming weekend. On Saturday, May 31 of course is the Wild Bunch Range Officers Training Course being held in the clubhouse across from the campground starting at 9:00. The cost is 25.00 payable at the beginning of the class. You can still sign up by just contacting me so I can keep a head count. Information can be found HERE.
On Sunday June 1 is our regularly scheduled 1st Sunday of the month match. Gates open about 8:30 with first shot down range at 10:00. The antics for Sunday’s match were written by me and are linked below for your viewing pleasure.
Don’t forget that the Virginia State Championship Match is fast approaching so go to the attached website, pull up the registration form and complete it online then print it out and mail it to me. Looking forward to seeing everyone.
