Hello All
I guess most everyone had Christmas shopping to do today, not including Capt, but six cowboys had other plans, Yep, six of us hooked up the Huskies to their sleds and mushed on down to the Cavalier Range A special shout out to the heaters, guys, we couldn’t have done it without you.The cold did keep everyone from shooting a clean match. There was a gift involved today to the person who hit the most bonus targets with the least amount of attempts and that honor went to Mr. Potter County Kid. Despite the temperatures, we had a couple, Nic and his wife Alyzza, come to observe their first ever SASS match and they stayed the entire match. We put guns in their hands afterwards so I think they will be back.

Howdy all Cowpokes
The Cavalier crew will be up to it again this Sunday, Dec. 7th. Please watch for planes. Gates open about 8:30 with first shot down range, if no bombs are dropped, at 10:00 am. This is our Christmas match so try to dress in holiday colors. The antics for the match were written by me and are linked below for your viewing pleasure along with the Cowboy Christmas Poem that I also wrote. We will be breaking out the heaters for the first time this season so everyone can stay warm and toasty along with, a new to us, target. If for some reason you are not coming to the match, please at least read the Cowboy Shooters Christmas Poem I have written. I hope you will enjoy it. Setup will be on Saturday at 3:00.
